Worth checking: It would be best to visit a Neurosurgeon. The CT rindicates you might have a Chiari Malformation, but often these questionable CT findings are normal on an MRI. Why did you have the CT? If you are having Chiari-like symptoms, then an MRI may be worthwhile to check it. If you are not, then an asymptomatic Chiari usually should not be treated anyway. A good Neurosurgeon can sort it out.
