Many possibilities: These are very nonspecific symptoms, i.e. they do not point to any particular medical condition. A hundred or more conditions could be responsible. Some are serious. See a doctor ASAP if significant fever (over 38.3C or 101.0F); if headache is severe; or if any other symptoms like pain, cough, painful urination. Even without these, get care if the problem lasts more than 7-10 days. Good luck!
