Probably not: Even d-dimer is elevated it does not mean that you have blood clot. CT scan of the lung , physical examination findings and other tests such as ekg, chest x-ray and arterial blood gas reading all together taken into consideration by the health care provider when they make a diagnosis. So, most probably you do not have blood clot.
