Recently blood to the red cross, would they be able to detect if i had cancer from my blood sample?

Doubt it: The only situation i can imagine this happening (and it did happen to one of my patients) is someone found with anemia while attempting to donate blood and the anemia being traced to a bleeding cancer in the gi, gyn, or urinary system. Thank you for being a donor, by the way.
