I'm sure it's precordial catch, but it won't go away. i have it constantly and for hours at a time. it will go away for about an hour then come back. ?

Type and location: what is the character of your pain? does it travel to center of chest and down arms/shoulders? Do you have shortnerss of breath or pain on breathing? What is the intensity of your pain ( mild, moderate or severe)? Have you had a cardiology exam and testing? I suggrest immediate ER evaluation or UC clinic exam and testing.
