Elevated: Mild elevation. Probably not significant . Could be a viral infection or lab error.

Unknown significance: Out of context a sedimentation rate of 32 has no meaning. Adjusted for your age a normal value should be up to 20. Your symptoms at the time of diagnosis, past medical history as well as other labs checked at the same time may help in better delineate a differential diagnosis. Talk to the ordering physician about next steps.
