i have a jelly bean sized bump in between my vagina and anus. its relatively hard and hurts generally, definitely to the touch. there doesnt appear to be any puss, its not genital warts and it doesnt look like hemorrhoids or an ingrown hair. is there

Genital cyst ?: A firm "bump" in the area described may be a sebaceous cyst, very common in genital and other areas. See your gyn provider, who can easily diagnose and treat this kind of lesion.
