I have an external hemorrhoid that i'm treating. i found another bump closer to my vagina. could this also be a hemorrhoid that's not on my anus?

Many possibilities: it could be a cyst in the skin or bartholins gland . it could be a vulvar varicosities , it could be a mole or other skin condition . There are many possibilities . The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor and have it checked out.
