I have horrible pain on my entire left side, front and back starting from below my ribcage, radiating through my breast, arm and back. also very gassy to the point where you can hear the gas and worse after eating?

Dyspepsia/gastritis.: Dyspepsia/Gastritis with or without Peptic Ulcer Disease seem to be potential issues. Appointment with One's PCP or Gastroenterology Consult is recommended. Though One is only 35 y/o an EKG with complete Physical Exam can also be helpful
