A member asked:

Been on a low calorie diet, i have ankylosing, my latest cbc: rdw-cv: 15.9 and mchc: 30.9, rest is normal . are these numbers of any significance?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if other results are normal, the findings you provided are not a cause for concern.
