Typically yes: But it really depends on what the cause of your dizziness is. There is something known as cervicogenic dizziness, where musculoskeletal neck pathology/pain causes dizziness without affecting the balance system(vestibular system/brain) or vascular issues. Typically this type of dizziness will improve when the neck symptoms improve.
