Diet & exam: Increase your child's fiber intake with foods such as oatmeal, wholemeal bread plus fruits and vegetables such as apples, prunes, strawberries, blueberries, figs, apricots, plums, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, baked beans and potatoes. Also give your child plenty of water and fruit juice and cut down on dairy products. I also suggest taking your baby to a medical clinic for a check-up.
