Examination: Any pain, bleeding, or (as in your case) swelling requires immediate investigation. Both salivary and lymph glands occupy the area you describe. You may have partially blocked and swollen salivary gland. You may have infection causing enlarged lymph gland. Please see your Dentist for an examination.
