Recently i noticed my fingertips get pruney when they get wet, like a simple washing hands or shower? why? some fingertips have small dry skin.

Nothing worisome: The pruning means the skin has absorbed some of the water which expands it transiently. It suggests some loss of the skin oil that usually blocks it during minor water exposure. It will happen to anyone if they soak their fingers in water for long enough.
