I'm 18. ever since i was young i had these face twitches in my eyes, nose, and mouth. it comes and goes. now it came back after 2 years. what's the cause of this and how do i get rid of it for good?

A neurologist: may give you the answer. There is an eye condition that can cause twitches and another condition called Tourette's Syndrome that can cause muscular movements and in some folks sounds. If doctors still don't have a clear diagnosis biofeedback from a licensed psychologist can help relax those tense muscles. Peace and good health.
