Cervical spine: can have nerve root impingement but in the very high cervical levels that can cause tingling in the back of the head and overlap woth the neck, but not typically in the front of the face. Just for the prior symptoms you describe, you should get checked out, and these new symptoms can be multifactorial but you should see someone as there can be abundant causes, some serious.
