Scarring & infection: A beauty spot is a type of skin mole. It is not a good idea to try to remove this yourself by scratching it off. This could lead to scarring and infections. If you want a beauty spot removed you should consult with a dermatologist who may remove the mole via excision or via laser. I wish you well with your health!
