Mole: To some, these are attractive but they do not cause symptoms like yours. Without other apparent cause the symptoms you describe are often tension-related and disappear with relaxation. The black spot can be a comedone (black head). Always check black spots for irregular edges and any observable change. If this happens, do not delay a medical visit.
