Severely sprained the top of my foot 7 months ago, developed a large hard bump on the inside of my foot now. if i put pressure on it there is pain. ?

Foot injury: Foot injuries tend to take a long time to heal. You may have a left over hematoma, or blood clot. Not dangerous. Could also be a ruptured tendon, or scar tissue from a torn ligament, and even the healing tissue of a broken bone. If it's bothering you, and/or you're concerned, see a foot and ankle specialist (orthopedics), or a podiatrist for a more complete evaluation. Hope this helps!
