Question?: What is your question? Are these the symptoms AFTER you took the pill or the BEFORE? If they are the reason you took the pill frankly there are a zillion reasons that you could have pain. Nausea and puking can be a result of the pain itself. Low back pain could be many things. I would suggest seeing your PCP

Get checked: You didn't give me enough information to diagnose, but your symptoms seem severe enough for me to recommend that you get checked by your doctor, or at an urgent care center. Hope that helps.
