Last night i noticed red spots under his feet on my two year old baby boy, what could it be?

Needs exam: This could be many things. Some illnesses produce a rash on feet, hands or around mouth & bottom. Some kids walk on stuff their skin reacts to. Bug bites can trigger spots. It will need to be evaluated by direct exam to sort it out.
