Vegetables: Vegetables are your answer. (generall 3 -4 g fiber per serving) vegetables are high in fiber and low in carbs. Legumes, as beans are high in carbs and fiber. Meat, chicken fish are low in fiber and have no carbs. Try to have half your plate as vegetables to achieve your goal. Fruits are higher in carbs than vegetables and lower in fiber ( generally 2 g fiber per fruit).
