Infection: This could be a dermatologic problem or an infection. You need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis. It could be something like psoriasis, a fungal infection or a bacterial infection. Try to see a doctor as soon as possible. A biopsy or scraping may be needed to make the diagnosis.
