Can foot/ankle edema in 1 leg that is caused by walking in the heat be caused by vascular insufficiency? it only swells in the heat

One side vascular: We see swelling with heat, but since it is one leg - suggest vascular, especailly vein - either varicose vein or vascular blockage. You physician can help evaluate this or have you see a vascular specialist?
