My son is running a fever, i have given him a panado, can i give him something stronger like myprodol? will the two pain killers clash?

I wouldn't: This combination is the same thing with the addition of codeine, which will do nothing for his fever. Finding the proper dose for weight is the 1st step. Using an alternative fever reducer like ibuprofen would be reasonable.
