I have very high arches and whenever I walk, my feet roll outward. So I got orthopedic shoe inserts (WalkFit Platinum). My stride seems to be corrected, but the outer edges of my shoes are still wearing down. Why is this? What can be done to fix it?
I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease (L3-L4) 3 years ago and been managing chronic lower back pain with naproxen. Last two weeks it has flared up and is bothersome when sitting for a short period of time. Is this a cause for concern?
