Are b.12 injections helpful for nerves illness or could make syptoms worsen i read this i always take a few shots when in an episode of depp.

B12: Unless you document a deficiency of your b12 level by blood testing, there is no need to take shots other than the placebo effect some patients experience. However there are no dangers from getting unnecessary b12 shots as the excess of the b12 is harmlessly excreted in the urine.
