My kappa is 89.0, lambda is 52.5 and ratio is 1.70. should i be concerned?

Need more info: What did your serum protein electrohphoresis show? What is your serum creatinine level? What is your hemoglobin level? Do you have any symptoms? Was a bone x-ray done? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
