I suspect nothing: As far as this pathologist is concerned, a sed rate of 28 is fine especially for an adult female like yourself. It's worthless unless very high, and even then only to confirm systemic inflammation. The new work on intact and fragmented antibodies shows a huge variability in the ratios of kappa and lambda and i would draw no conclusions whatever. You're a person, not numbers. How do you feel?
