Depends: Pick good chiropractor & the benefits are many.There are a few bad apples & most of them are good. They are safe.

Is neck cracking by a chiropractor relatively safe or dangerous? I've seen doctors on both sides, and I can't decide if I'm taking an unnecessary risk even though it may be helping me feel better.
Does crepitus go away on its own? I foolishly made the choice to see a Chiropractor one time. Did one neck adjustment. The past week my base of neck cracks if I tilt my head side to side. No pain, just weird. Will this go away on its own typically?
