Hi i keep having low white blood cell count on 4 blood test all in a row a month a part and no sign of infection what could be thanks?

How low?: and what degree, mild, moderate or svere? also the differential count is needed for assessment, and other cell lines: red blood cells and platelets counts. Marginally low counts are common, and revert to normal, if concerned, ask your doctor for hematologist input , if feasible, otherwise keep the follow up, best wishes
