Get checked: Even though the likelihood of having coronary disease is very low at your age, I am always concerned over chest pain radiating down the left arm. Thus which arm is involved dictates what type of evaluation you may require.

Been injured for about a month, primarily in the left bicep but also radiating throughout the entire arm at moments. Severity of pain goes up and down.
