Probably ok: You will probably be fine as long as you are not allergic to the quinolone class of antibiotics (ciprofloxacin etc). Many of the medications used by vets are the same or similar to ”human” medications, so you will probably be fine! Just be sure to store your dogs mess in a different location than your own so that this doesn’t happen again!
