I accidentally took 2 meclizine tablets of 25mg so 50mg total. i take 25mg for vertigo usually. is the 2 i took at once harmful?

Not a major issue: Meclizine is available over the counter and is considered acceptably safe. The main issue would be additive adverse effects, such as drowsiness and lethargy, which would be temporary for 8-12 hrs, at most.
