What medicine should i buy? i have mucus in my throat, nose and i think lungs, it is mostly thick green mucus and after a while of blowing, plain white. i have a cough that sometimes brings out the mucus.

Exam advised: Because of the discolored mucus and a productive cough you may have had a viral upper respiratory tract infection that has persisted and now a secondary bacterial sinus and/or bronchial infection developed. If so, antibiotic therapy may be needed. I recommend that you be examined by a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
