Hard to say: The ultra absorbent diapers available today make monitoring urine output hard. We weigh them in hospital to judge this. An infant that age should pee every 6 hrs or they would likely be dehydrated. Fussiness in a 3 mo is nonspecific & when they do their belly always feels hard. This is worrisome & I would have her seen.
