Urinary infection?: Sounds like this could be a urinary infection, which would generally be bacterial and therefore requiring of treatment. You should have a doctor’s visit at this point.

Need to be seen: Urinary Tract Infection is what you probably have, and you may very well need Rx medications, so visit your doctor asap, meanwhile, push more oral fluids and cranberry juice, to flush your urinary tract, wish you well
