Rare but too high: Tendon rupture from Cipro occurs in under 1%; more common in people above age 60, those taking steroids, usually happens within a week so you should be fine.Nervous system side effects are also infrequent,under 2%.The vast majority who take Cipro don't have serious side effects but, given how serious they are it's not worth the risk and are best avoided! https://www.drugwatch.com/cipro-levaquin-av

Tendon: Achilles tendon rupture possible. This is primarily in people with kidney heart and lung transplant recipients, on steroids or in older patients.
