PCOS: pregnancy: Taking "depo-medroxy-progesterone" ("apo-medroxy") when pregnant will not produce a period, since ovarian progesterone is already being made, and there would be no "withdrawal bleeding" as a result. Getting pregnant with PCOS usually requires ovulation induction, as it is very unlikely with pure PCOS for ovulation to take place, but if pregnancy is proven, no need to take depo-progesterone.
