Will taking regular rounds of progesterone to force a cycle help counteract my pcos? i have not had a period since june 2012 and want to get pregnant.

Yes and no, maybe: Regular Progesterone will do nothing to change your pcos in the long run, but will usually be successful at making you cycle (withdraw) reliably. Some women ovulate following Provera (medroxyprogesterone) withdrawal, some do not.

Yes and no: Progesterone will help you have a period with pcos but will not help you ovulate or increase your fertility. Progesterone is not used for that.
