A member asked:

If your belly gets a little bigger but you are not fat and you are not pregnant, could it be pancreatic cancer?

Many ways you can: Get abdominal distention. Any of your organs, such as liver, spleen, stomach, intestines, colon, bladder, kidneys, uterus, can enlarge or distend and cause your abdomen to get bigger. Abdomen can also collect fat or fluid. So it is impossible to list all conditions here. Pancreatic cancer is one of the thousands of causes of abdomen getting bigger.

Cancer: Pancreatic cancer can often be associated with nausea, not wanting to eat & more often weight loss rather than increased abdominal size.
