More examination: Persistent abdominal distress in the right lower abdomen associated with irregular menstrual bleeding points to a gynecology disorder rather than appendicitis or inflammation of right intestinal tract. I recommend an examination by a gynecologist. He/she can refer you to another specialist if advisable after the gyn evaluation.
