A member asked:

Is it possible to have withdrawal bleeding from stopping the pill then implantation spotting two days later 12 days after ovulation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dates are unclear: Normally you don't ovulate while on birth control pills. When you go off the pill, you wouldn't ovulate until about 14 days after the withdrawal bleed. Implantation bleeding would occur after that. There is a very small chance you could have conceived on the pill, but then you probably wouldn't have withdrawal bleeding when you stopped the pill. Take a home pregnancy test to be sure!
