Plantar fascitis: I would invest in a good pair of orthotics - for both feet - also you can try exercises - using a small piece of pipe or tubing maybe 2 inches/35mm in diameter - running your soles over the tubing and "rolling it" - this helps to stretch the plantar fascia Good luck
