Need in person eval: As much as you may want to remain in the shadows for these issues you need to schedule an in person evaluation. A proper review of your history, vital signs, exam & testing are needed to exclude treatable medical problems that can cause many of the symptoms you may be having. A doc that would prescribe for vague "bad feelings" without proper eval could lose their license.
