Negative: You would e positive if your value was 15 or above. This means you do not have celiac disease. However, it does NOT mean you can tolerate gluten. About 1% of people have celiac but up to 20% have non-celiac gluten sensitivity, meaning they get bothersome symptoms when they eat gluten. The only way to tell is avoiding ALL gluten for 2 weeks, then add it back to see if it causes symptoms...
