Hip pain: At your age bursitis rather than arthritis would be more likely unless there has been a recent sprain or other injury. If you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve should help. If symptoms persist or worsen, I recommend seeing an orthopedic specialist for diagnosis and treatment. An xray will probably be advised. A gynecologist should also be consulted and urine tested
