Not normal: It is not normal to have pops and cracks in your nose. If you have frequent sneezing especially during certain seasons (spring?), you may have allergic rhinitis. Try a steroid nasal spray for a couple of weeks to see if this helps. If not , bring this up to your PCP's attention when you see him/her the next time.
