Maybe. Maybe not.: Hard to guess. In this type of situation, one can do a home urine pregnancy test if a period doesn't come next week, or if the next period doesn't look like a normal, regular period. Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate when done 3 weeks after sex. If tested too soon after sex, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.
