Yes : Yes you could be pregnant without question. You need to take a pregnancy test. If it is negative then you likely have a hormonal imbalance from recent childbirth. If you are not pregnant please discuss birth control options with your doctor. You should give your uterus time to heal after the surgery before another pregnancy. All the best.
